Words cannot describe the grandeur of the Marmolada: you need to see it, only then can you fully understand the charm of the Dolomites highest mountain, which, with its 3342 meters, towers over Rocca Pietore and the whole Agordino. You can reach the Marmolada by cable way, from Malga Ciapela, and then you can descend to Serauta (where there is the Museum of the Frist World War) or the Punta Rossa, at 3270 mt. The Marmolada is also the perfect place of summer skiing.
